Announcement Regarding the Relocation of Rig 11 from Current Location E1-96 to New Location D1-96
The Public Services Department of the National Drilling and Well Maintenance Company announces a request to relocate Rig 11 from its current location E1-96 to its new location D1-96. The following equipment is required:
Two 60-ton hydraulic cranes at the new location, meeting all specifications and certifications.
One 60-ton hydraulic crane at the old location, meeting all specifications and certifications.
One 8-10 ton forklift at the new location, meeting all specifications and certifications.
Twenty-five 50-ton off-road trucks with brushes.
Four 1.5-inch cables for each crane, meeting all specifications and certifications.
Two low-level cranes for inter-location work as required.
All equipment is provided as requested and must be submitted according to the timesheet approved by the Rigmaster.
Equipment Requirements:
Driver's License.
Oil Work Permit.
Vehicle Registration.
Insurance. All hydraulic lifts, forklifts, and cables must have a valid third-party certification.
A convoy supervisor must be provided to facilitate transportation and installation; work will not commence without one.
Fuel (diesel) is the responsibility of the transport company.
Please note that the number of loads is ±85, including ±20 occasional loads. The above requirements must be met within one week from Thursday, December 11, 2025.
The distance between the old site and the new site (One Balloul), belonging to the Algerian Sonatrach company, is ≥65 km.
The deadline for submitting bids is Thursday, December 11, 2025, at the office of the Director of the General Services Department.
